The following questionnaire is an empirically validated measure of stress. It also measures levels of depression and anxiety. Your scores will be emailed to you after you complete it with a more detailed explanation and interpretation of your scores. We have included measures of depression and anxiety as they can be associated with long term high levels of stress. We believe its worth having as much information as we need to get a thorough understanding of our baseline level of psychological functioning.

Your scores and how they compare to others will be emailed to you promptly. The interpretation of these scores will also be provided to give you an indication of your current stress and general psychological health.
